The latest scientific research is very exciting. We now know that we can grow new interconnections within the brain. Just like repeated exercise with increasing weights we build muscle. Repetitive stimulation in a targeted fashion to a suboptimal area of the brain can grow Brain Function.

Humans are sensory driven beings. In other words, the more stimulation the person recieves the better the person performs. Take for example; if you sat in a chair without moving for ten hours, you would probably feel tired and lethargic. If you got up and went for a walk, you would become energised. As you moved, you fired SENSORY nerves that stimulated the back of the brain called the cerebellum and this in turn fired the front of your Brain creating Alertness. With this alertness most functions of the brain improve. Taking this concept and using a variety of procedures, we can "Exercise The Brain" to become more Alert, Focused, Attentive and Coordinated.
